Week 3 – Shine my Light

‘Shine my light’.  Three words which really resonated with me.  I woke up yesterday morning with these words resounding in my head.

Without going into too much detail I had worked the 9.00 – 5.00 jobs and never felt particularly happy working for other people.  I worked to pay the bills.

It’s not to say I did not enjoy working with other people, I created great friendships and it was very often the highlight of my day the banter, humour and joviality that I experienced with my colleagues, however something was missing for me.  I had always wanted to work for myself.  But did not know what field until I was introduced to a MLM company and I realised I had found my niche.  I was working for myself and thoroughly enjoying the freedom of being my own boss.

I totally related to MasterKeyJim – Week 1 – Where from?  – his MLM/personal experience.    I realised my limiting beliefs, fears, and the experience of a few challenging periods over the last few years had caused me to ‘dim my light’.  I had retreated into myself.  However, the universe certainly works in mysterious ways as I met my spiritual mentor via my business and my daughter who had informed me of the MKMMA course.  I was under no illusion that both were put on my path to help me to ‘shine my light’.

Part 3 of the Masterkey spoke volumes to me:

“It is evident, therefore, that all we have to do is let our light shine; the more energy we can radiate, the more rapidly shall we be enabled to transmute undesirable conditions into sources of pleasure and profit.  The important question, then, is how to let this light shine; how to generate this energy.

….  ‘before there is any possibility of letting any light shine is fear.  This enemy must be completely destroyed; he must be eliminated; he must be expelled forever; he is the cloud which hides the sun; which causes a perpetual gloom.’

….  When fear is effectually and completely destroyed, your light will shine, the clouds will disperse and you will have found the source of power, energy and life.’

I now understand that it is only until we step into our power and release the fear, that stops us from achieving our abundance and our bliss that we will shine our light. As we shine our light, we enable others to also shine theirs.

Your post just made my heart sing. Love it! Remember that song we learned as kids, “This little Light of Mine”? It is great that now you have found the way to “Let it Shine” and never again “put it under a bushel”. That is what your post reminds me of. Good for you!

Shine on baby, shine on! Julie, when you let your light shine you become a beacon for others to avoid the rocks and fog of destruction. Thank you.

Brilliant blog Mum – you are spot on ‘Shine your light’ – again your blog reminds me of the Nelson Mandela quote I posted to your week one blog and Nelson says “you must shine your light”.

I think “Shine my Light” the three little words is a great way to exemplify what MKMMA is doing for all of us. I currently work the 9-5 job, and I am excited to have MKMMA be my guide so I can leave and pursue my true passions with nothing holding me back. I am excited for you and I am excited for all the members building new visions and purpose together. I am happy for you!! 🙂

Don’t you love that you can learn things from your children? I’m so happy that you’ve found this path so you can let your light shine. This week has been an eye-opener for me as well. Blessings, Joyce

WOW!! It is as though we have to give ourselves permission to be great. Only to realize that our light has already been there just waiting for us to remember our true selves…..Keep up the great work!! Let your light shine brightly 🙂

What a joy to read your blog as I close my third week with MKMMA. Your blog help me too also grasp to be in the light. Putting the quotes speaks to my stubby. What a “lightbulb” moment for me. Listening to the reading. Reading each statement for the week, just didn’t resonate…as did this blog at this very moment. Thank you.
